PSA is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for kids ages 4 - 11 and Middle/High School Teens ages 12 - 17.
Our goal is to create an early love of movement through FUNctional fitness. We aim to build stronger, faster, smarter, well-rounded athletes. Our students will undoubtably increase their current performance in any activity they choose inside and outside of class. This approach to fitness is not only fun, and effective but it reduces injury, builds confidence and educates on proper technique .
PSA's classes are kept small, so that we may cater to the individual needs of each of our students.

YEAR ROUND SESSIONS OFFERED FOR:
Littles - Ages 4 to 6: Every Tuesday from 3:30PM to 4:00PM
Rookies - Ages 7 to 11: Every Tuesday from 4:00PM to 4:45PM & Thursday from 3:30PM to 4:15PM
Teens - Ages 12 and up: Every Monday and Thursday from 4:15PM to 5:15PM

We have a strong passion for both coaching and participating in functional fitness and enjoy challenging ourselves both inside and outside of the gym. Over the last 4 years, we have run a program dedicated to coaching kids and teens, teaching them the importance of staying active and building a strong foundation of skills while having fun! We believe that fostering an early love for fitness, along with proper movement patterns will absolutely lead to overall success in school, sports, and life! We have seen first hand what a program like this brings to each athlete that passes through our doors - confidence, excitement, and a love for fitness.

Tornadoes - Ages 4 to 6
Hurricanes - Ages 7 to 11
Nor'easters - Pre/Teens Ages 12 and up
Tornadoes: Tuesday from 3:30PM to 4PM
Hurricanes: Tuesday from 4PM to 4:45PM and Thursday from 3:30PM to 4:15PM

OUR CLASS SESSIONS
Ages 4 to 6 years old
This class will help your children better understand how to move their bodies in a safe way, increase their endurance levels, and fostering good sportsmanship inside and outside of this class and community. Our #1 goal is that the kids have BIG fun! We take Broad Inclusive General fitness wrapped into fun to create an environment where, each week they are excited to come back and learn about fitness through play.
Ages 7 to 11 years old
With a combination of agility, movement, skills, and fun workouts we provide a class that will help your children better understand how to move their bodies in an effective controlled way. They will increase their endurance levels, and foster good sportsmanship. We utilize the philosophy of building strength and proper form from the ground up! We get our kids moving in all directions so they have better accuracy, less imbalances and are prepared for whatever comes their way, whether it's playing sports or having fun with their friends.
Middle School and High School (ages 12-17)
Our Teen Strength and Conditioning program is for Middle and High School students interested in having fun and working to excel in a team atmosphere while achieving:
SPEED – POWER – AGILITY – STRENGTH – ENDURANCE COORDINATION ACCURACY – FLEXIBILITY – BALANCE - STAMINA
We hand tailor our programming to fit all fitness levels, from Varsity to Basic Skill Level Athletes. We focus on building a well-rounded Teen, so that they may excel in any activity they choose outside of our gym. Our approach to fitness reduces injuries and educates on proper technique and safety while still having fun! No matter what their strengths and skills are, when they walk into our class, they are an ATHLETE!
